Mari Rodriguez is the owner of Scribe: Strategic Communications Partners, where she partners with owners and executive leaders to bring greater clarity, intention, and purpose to the way they communicate.

Mari is a proud graduate of West Texas A&M University, where she earned her degree in journalism, and Texas Tech University, where she earned her master’s degree in communication. Her career began in broadcast journalism as a news reporter in 2012, and has since spanned community relations, events, marketing and advertising, internal communications, executive messaging, storytelling, crisis communication, brand strategy, and more.

Through that experience, she has gained a deep understanding of how communication shapes organizations and discovered the work she is most passionate about: helping leaders communicate what matters in ways that create understanding, build trust, strengthen alignment, and move people toward meaningful action.

Her approach is deeply relational and rooted in the belief that communication is more than simply sharing information. It is an overflow of what is stored in the heart, and an opportunity to steward what matters, serve people thoughtfully, and connect each message to the greater purpose behind the work.
